Jben crafts expansive sand drawings spanning from 30 to 100 meters in size

Jehan-Benjamin Tarain, known as Jben, creates enormous sand designs, ranging from 30 to 100 meters in size. Jben discovered beach art in March 2014, instantly intrigued by the concept. Soon after, he made his initial attempts on the beaches of the Royan estuary, a beloved playground from his childhood.

Today, Jben, operating under his artist pseudonym, primarily focuses on the beaches of Charente-Maritime, his birthplace. He captures his creations using a drone, adapting their width to the complexity of the design and the tide, spanning from 30 to 100 meters.
